The extension of the deadline is the result of an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apwu.org\/news\/webart\/2012\/12-145-mvsincentive-121130.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">agreement<\/a> [PDF] between the APWU and management dated Nov. 30, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>All other provisions of the Sept. 28, 2012, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apwu.org\/news\/nsb\/2012\/nsb20-2012-Incentive-Agreement.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Memorandum of Understanding on the retirement incentive<\/a> [PDF] will continue to apply to affected employees.<\/p>\n<p>An arbitration hearing protesting the Postal Service\u2019s subcontracting decision began on Nov. 27 and continued on Nov. 28.
