Colin, manager, Easter Area Operations Support, has been appointed acting Eastern Area VP.<\/p>\n<p>The 26-year postal veteran with extensive customer service experience was detailed to the position made vacant by the Nov. 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/liteblue.usps.gov\/news\/link\/2012\/10oct\/news29s2.htm\" target=\"_blank\">retirement<\/a> of Jordan Small.<\/p>\n<p>Colin is a former manager of South Jersey District. He also served as manager for Columbus and Erie Districts and is a former Columbus, OH, Postmaster.<\/p>\n<p>Colin, who has a doctorate in business administration from Trident University International, also has master\u2019s degrees in human resources management and public administration from Wilmington University.
