Not know at this point how many jobs are EAS as of yet.<\/li>\n<li>All tour three casual jobs will be impacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No conclusive date was given as to when the AMP process will be finalized and implemented.<\/p>\n<p>The day after the holiday, Tuesday 5\/26, there was only approximately 330 thousand cancelations done; under normal circumstances there should have been approximately 600 thousand.<\/p>\n<p>No disruptions to customer service foreseen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rumors of Mid Island closing and the property would be sold, is not accurate at all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Long Island District held an AMP meeting concerning the Western Nassau P&amp;DC on 5\/27\/09 which is projected to eliminate the outgoing collection mail processing on tour three.
