NARFE 7\/28\/26 – As members prepare for Open Season this fall to review your health benefits, some annuitants may need to contact the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). NARFE Federal Benefits Experts learned last week that OPM has changed how retirees should contact Retirement Services.<\/p>\n

If you have previously used\u00a0<\/b>, please note that this mailbox is\u00a0no longer monitored<\/u><\/b>. This mailbox has been replaced by OPM Support Center.

To contact OPM, members should use the\u00a0OPM Retirement Services online contact form<\/strong><\/a>. Please bookmark\u00a0https:\/\/www.opm.gov\/support\/retirement\/contact\/<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to access the form. This online form should now be used to submit questions and inquiries to OPM Retirement Services.<\/p>\n

Additionally, you can also access OPM\u2019s Services Online to<\/p>\n

  1. View your annuity statement;<\/li>\n
  2. Access your 1099-R tax statement;<\/li>\n
  3. Update direct deposit information;<\/li>\n
  4. Verify life insurance coverage and<\/li>\n
  5. Manage other retirement account information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
