Courcelle.\u00a0 According to the indictment,\u00a0<strong>HUTTON<\/strong>\u00a0stole mail from mailboxes at an apartment complex\u00a0 in Metairie, Louisiana.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">If convicted,\u00a0<strong>HUTTON<\/strong>\u00a0faces a maximum penalty of\u00a0five (5) years of imprisonment, followed by up to three (3) years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $250,000.00. A mandatory special assessment fee of $100 also applies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">U.S. Attorney Courcelle reiterated that the indictment is merely a charge and that the guilt of the defendant must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">The case was investigated by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff\u2019s Office and the United States Postal Inspection Service.\u00a0Assistant United States Attorney Christine M.
