Gurganus, the Information alleges that, between approximately May 2023 and August 2024, Hartman stole packages from the Gettysburg Post Office that were to be received by the Gettysburg College, Print Center &amp; Post Office, and delivered, provided, or made available to intended recipients.<\/p>\n<p>The case was investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service and United States Postal Service \u2013 Office of Inspector General.\u00a0 Assistant U.S. Attorney K. Wesley (\u201cWes\u201d) Mishoe is prosecuting the case.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum penalty upon conviction is five years imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, a fine, and the imposition of a special assessment.
