Smith<br \/>\nunlawfully utilized a U.S. Postal Service key to facilitate the burglary and mail theft from the condominium building\u2019s<br \/>\npanel mailbox.<\/p>\n<p>Smith pleaded guilty in Cook County Criminal Court and was convicted on one count of felony burglary.
