{"id":37535,"date":"2025-03-07T16:52:11","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T21:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/?p=37535"},"modified":"2025-03-07T16:52:11","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T21:52:11","slug":"police-arrest-juvenile-in-connection-to-armed-robbery-of-letter-carrier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/2025\/03\/07\/police-arrest-juvenile-in-connection-to-armed-robbery-of-letter-carrier\/","title":{"rendered":"Police Arrest Juvenile in Connection to Armed Robbery of Letter Carrier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>BILLERICA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Police Chief Roy Frost reports that the Billerica Police Department has arrested and charged a juvenile in connection to an armed robbery that took place last Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>A 15-YEAR-OLD MALE JUVENILE, of LOWELL, was arrested and charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Armed Robbery While Masked<\/li>\n<li>Assault and Battery<\/li>\n<li>Assault with a Dangerous Weapon<\/li>\n<li>Larceny from a Person<\/li>\n<li>Use of a Firearm in a Felony<\/li>\n<li>On Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Billerica Police responded to the area of Pages Court for a report of an armed robbery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A preliminary investigation determined that two individuals walked up to a postal mail carrier and brandished a handgun.
