The Office of Personnel Management\u2019s (OPM) inspector general is urging the agency to help Postal workers as much as possible during Open Season this fall. The latest IG report says it\u2019s imperative that all US Postal Service (USPS) enrollees, especially retirees, get enough information to understand the requirements of the new insurance program for Postal workers. But the IG is anticipating OPM may face challenges during the program\u2019s inaugural Open Season.
