There\u2019s not much optimism about the numbers, considering USPS <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usps.com\/communications\/newsroom\/2009\/pr09_015.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #006193;\">lost $384 million<\/span><\/a> in the first quarter, which is traditionally the strongest of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Another bad sign: UPS\u2019 earnings report.
