He then posts those videos on the popular social media app, TikTok. KRQE News 13 does not know who is behind the videos but believes he is a mail carrier and he\u2019s doing this while on the job.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell I don\u2019t know what\u2019s more cracked,\u201d said the person filming the TikTok video. \u201cThe s*** you\u2019re smoking or your feet?\u201d The videos posted to TikTok are under the name \u2018war zone chronicles.\u2019 The person behind the camera mocks the homeless and those struggling with drug addiction and mental illness along the international district in Albuquerque.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow can this guy be so mean?\u201d says the man who sent News 13 the video clips. He wants to remain anonymous.<\/p>\n<p>That guy appears to be doing all of it while on the job as a U.S. postal worker. The U.S. Postal Service calls the employee\u2019s alleged actions very concerning and said they\u2019ve opened an investigation.
