The modified, expanded process will allow individual facilities and offices to order directly from MDC inventories and avoid paying premium prices from other eBuyPlus suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum order is 1 box, which contains 50 individual masks; the maximum order is 40 boxes, or 2,000 masks. Any orders that exceed the maximum will automatically be reduced to one case of 40 boxes.<\/p>\n<p>Sites that need more than 2,000 masks will continue to request them from their local\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blue.usps.gov\/blue\/_xls\/covid-19\/COVID-District-Supplies-Coordinator-List.xls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>district supplies coordinator<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The coordinators will continue to order and maintain ample inventory for large and emergency requests, and to redistribute quantities to ensure availability.<\/p>\n<p>During the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/link.usps.com\/coronavirus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>coronavirus pandemic<\/em><\/a><em>,\u00a0<\/em>USPS\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/link.usps.com\/2020\/07\/16\/face-coverings-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>requires<\/em><\/a>\u00a0all employees to wear face coverings:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In public-facing settings when there is a state or local face covering order or directive in place; or<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 When an employee who does not deal directly with the public cannot achieve or maintain social distancing in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blue.usps.gov\/blue\/covid-19\/welcome.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>COVID-19 Employee Resources Blue page<\/em><\/a>\u00a0has additional information under the \u201cSupplies, Cleaning and Maintenance\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<p>Questions?
