One of them was marked with Chip\u2019s name and a greeting for his special day, Nov. 5.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, when he came running out the door, I said: \u2018You must be Chip!\u2019 And he was like, yes. I said, \u2018Today\u2019s your birthday?\u2019 And he started smiling,\u201d Purter said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, I said, \u2019Let me see if I can find you something for your birthday.\u2019\u201d She checked her pocket and surprised him with a gift: a dollar bill and four quarters.
