(CBS) \u2014 No mail, late mail, stolen mail, someone else\u2019s mail \u2013 all of these are complaints we\u2019ve heard from residents in Arlington Heights.<\/p>\n<p>They are fed up with the U.S. Postal Service. So while we work to get them some answers and a solution, CBS 2\u2019s Audrina Bigos went to Arlington Heights to check out the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen Smith has one major headache, and the cause is displayed in an array of printed papers on his kitchen table.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach one of these is for the times I\u2019ve filed a complaint, and there\u2019s dozens,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>All of the complaints were filed with the U.S. Postal Service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe biggest complaint is my mail didn\u2019t come again today,\u201d Smith said. \u201cI\u2019ve gotten one phone call back in 23 e-mails I sent to them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a really sore topic in Arlington Heights.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m irate. I depend on the mail service,\u201d said Rhonna Costabile. \u201cYou pay for these services. You pay extra money for these services so that your mail will be delivered when you need it to be delivered, and it\u2019s not happening.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And it\u2019s not just junk mail we\u2019re talking about.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCredit cards, IDs, gift cards seem to never show up,\u201d Smith said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople are not getting their medications. People are not getting money that they need,\u201d added Costabile.
