WASHINGTON<\/span>,\u00a0Jan. 27, 2020<\/span>\u00a0\/PRNewswire\/ — The U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors will meet\u00a0Feb. 6, 2020<\/span>, in open session at Postal Service headquarters, 475 L’Enfant Plaza, SW,\u00a0Washington, DC<\/span>. The public is welcome to observe the meeting beginning at\u00a04:00 p.m. ET<\/span>\u00a0in the Benjamin Franklin Room on the 11th<\/sup>\u00a0floor. The Board is expected to discuss the following items:<\/p>\n

  1. Remarks of the Chairman<\/li>\n
  2. Remarks of the Postmaster General and CEO<\/li>\n
  3. Approval of Minutes<\/li>\n
  4. Committee Reports<\/li>\n
  5. FY2020 Integrated Financial Plan<\/li>\n
  6. Quarterly Financial Report<\/li>\n
  7. Quarterly Service Performance Report<\/li>\n
  8. Approval of Tentative Agenda for\u00a0April 1<\/span>\u00a0Meeting<\/li>\n
  9. Adjournment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A public comment period will begin immediately following the adjournment of the open session on\u00a0Feb. 6<\/span>. During the public comment period, which shall not exceed 30 minutes, members of the public may comment on any item or subject listed on the agenda for the open session above. Registration of speakers at the public comment period is required. Speakers may register online at\u00a0https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/BOG-02-06-2020<\/a><\/i>.<\/i>\u00a0Onsite registration will be available until thirty minutes before the meeting starts. No more than three minutes shall be allotted to each speaker. The time allotted to each speaker will be determined after registration closes. Participation in the public comment period is governed by 39 C.F.R. 232.1(n).<\/p>\n

    Open session meetings of the Board of Governors are available on live audio webcasts at\u00a0http:\/\/about.usps.com\/who\/leadership\/board-governors\/briefings\/welcome.htm<\/a><\/i>.<\/i>\u00a0Three hours after the conclusion of the open session meeting, a recorded audio file will be available for listening.\u00a0In compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the audio webcast will be open-captioned.<\/p>\n

    Financial Briefing
    <\/b>Following the Board’s open meeting on\u00a0Feb. 6<\/span>, Postmaster General & CEO\u00a0Megan J. Brennan<\/span>\u00a0and Chief Financial Officer\u00a0Joe Corbett<\/span>\u00a0will host a telephone\/web conference call to discuss the financial results in more detail. The call will begin at\u00a05:30 p.m. ET<\/span>\u00a0and is open to the news media and all other interested parties.<\/p>\n
