That\u2019s how USPS customers outside Strasburg describe the driving habits of their letter carrier. Neighbors say they\u2019re becoming more and more frustrated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been pretty consistent with him,\u201d USPS customer Allison Harris said. \u201cDriving very fast down the road and leaving the ruts in front of all the mailboxes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Harris snapped pictures of the ruts and took video of the letter carrier\u2019s vehicle.
