Services are available year round through the EAP site, online apps, in person or by phone.<\/p>\n<p>Services include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Face-to-face counseling.<\/strong>\u00a0District clinicians are available to talk in person about any current concerns.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Telephone counseling.<\/strong>\u00a0Employees can speak with a counselor by calling 800-327-4968. The TTY number is 877-492-7341.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video therapy.<\/strong>\u00a0Clinicians or consultants are available through a video link.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Text therapy.<\/strong>\u00a0Employees can use\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/redemption.talkspace.com\/redemption\/usps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Talkspace<\/a><\/em>\u00a0app to text a clinician, who will respond in a certain amount of time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online therapy.
