Brennan wrote that he is \u201ca transformational leader, highly focused on enabling, empowering and developing the men and women of our workforce. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of efforts to better leverage technology, data and business insights to enhance performance and unlock the potential of our people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cronkhite previously served as enterprise analytics vice president, where he oversaw the\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/link.usps.com\/2018\/10\/01\/active-measures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">implementation<\/a><\/em>\u00a0of the Internal Service Performance Measurement (SPM) system, led the Customer Experience Council,\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/link.usps.com\/2018\/05\/09\/data-driven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">provided<\/a><\/em>\u00a0real-time analytics and network performance information to customers, and\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/link.usps.com\/2018\/02\/13\/greater-visibility-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">directed<\/a><\/em>\u00a0the rollout of diagnostic tools.
