5\/19\/19 &#8211; A former Postal Inspector filed a discrimination and wrongful termination Federal lawsuit (1:19-cv-652,see attached <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1T1E9NqUnYSsUGl_t3H2Z-rKhQ6uU_4sx\/view?ts=5ce1825e\">complaint<\/a>) in the Eastern District of California (EDC) credibly alleging the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) supervisors Mack Gadsden Jr, Jennifer Vincent-Hiland, executive (California, Hawaii, Guam) Raphael Nunez, executive (Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana) Anthony Galetti, and executive (Colorado, Wyoming, Dakota&#8217;s, Kansas) Adam Behnen of violating multiple Federal laws of which progressed into the\u00a0 commission of criminal perjury related violation(s) while under oath by those that testified in 2017 during the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) hearing presided over by Administrative Judge Katherine Kruse and\/or false statements made on sworn affidavits and Office of Workers Compensation (OWCP) agency statement(s) dating back to 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The case stems from an incident in 2011 when Behnen removed the former Inspector from his position because Behnen perceived the former Inspector as being mentally disabled after receiving a credible allegation that Gadsden Jr (accompanied by Vincent-Hiland) had violated both State and Federal laws related to trespass of the former Inspectors privacy fenced back yard at night over a holiday weekend looking in bedroom windows.\u00a0 Behnen received assistance from Nunez and Galetti in fabricating a retaliatory justification decision to terminate the former Inspectors&#8217; employment after multiple alleged unlawful Fitness for Duty exams (FFDE) failed to justify a &#8220;Unfit for Duty&#8221; termination.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0in; border: 1pt windowtext; color: black; font-family: '&amp;quot','serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Persons should be considered innocent until proven guilty in court of which could result in an excess of 5 years in Federal prison for each violation of perjury. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Due to the lengthy and costly &#8220;administrative remedy&#8221;
