Greg Breeding served as the art director.<\/p>\n<p>The stamp will be dedicated March 22 at an American Stamp Dealers Association show in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.<\/p>\n<p>USPS will\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/store.usps.com\/store\/product\/buy-stamps\/star-ribbon-S_760504\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">offer the stamp<\/a><\/em>\u00a0in coils of 3,000 and 10,000, as well as panes of 20.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Star Ribbon stamp features a digital illustration of a star made from a single red, white and blue ribbon.
