However, such limited use may not reduce productivity during work hours, interfere with the Postal Service\u2019s operations, or violate the Standards of Ethics Conduct, which are available on the\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/blue.usps.gov\/uspslaw\/Ethics.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ethics Blue page<\/a><\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2019, the Postal Service is\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/link.usps.com\/2019\/01\/10\/a-public-trust\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">educating employees<\/a><\/em>\u00a0about the federal government\u2019s principles and standards of ethical conduct.
