Eligible military veterans will be credited with 104 hours of Wounded Warriors Leave\u00a0<strong>each leave year\u00a0<\/strong>going forward.\u00a0 This is a significant improvement over the previous policy which provided this benefit as a one-time occurrence only.<\/p>\n<p>The Postal Service released an updated\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mseries.nalc.org\/M01901.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Management Instruction<\/a>\u00a0EL-510-2019-2 (M-01901) setting forth policy guidelines and standard procedures for administering this category of leave.
