He was transported to a Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-pnum=\"4\">Delaware County District Attorney Katayoun Copeland said surveillance video captured Warfield beating and stomping on Hayes outside of his car and then putting him in the backseat.
