Hearts Blossom is the latest stamp in the Love series from the U.S. Postal Service.\u00a0The stamp art features the word “Love” in cursive script below 12 colorful hearts. The color palette \u2014 red, purple, orange, and pink \u2014 is intended to create a happy and positive feeling. Art director Antonio\u00a0Alcal\u00e1 designed the stamp.<\/p>\n

The Postal Service has successfully captured the essence of love ever since issuing the first stamp in the series in 1973. Although the stamps are released early in the year, they are not just for Valentine\u2019s Day but can be used to deliver love during any season.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

Customers may purchase stamps and other philatelic products through the Postal Store at\u00a0usps.com\/shop<\/em><\/a>, by calling 800-STAMP24 (800-782-6724), by mail through\u00a0USA Philatelic<\/em>\u00a0catalog or at Post Office locations nationwide.<\/p>\n

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.<\/p>\n
