The TTY number is 877-492-7341.<\/p>\n<p>Counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year\u2019s Eve and New Year\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe holidays are a challenging time for many people. It\u2019s important to take care of yourself.
