The public is welcome to observe the meeting beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET in the Ben Franklin Room on the 11th floor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The TEC is expected to discuss the following items:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Call to Order and Opening Remarks from Chairman Williams<\/li>\n<li>Remarks of the Postmaster General and CEO<\/li>\n<li>Approval of Minutes<\/li>\n<li>Committee Reports<\/li>\n<li>FY2018 10K and Financial Statements<\/li>\n<li>FY2019 IFP and Borrowing Resolution<\/li>\n<li>FY2020 Congressional Reimbursement Request<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly Service Performance Report<\/li>\n<li>Approval of Annual Report and Comprehensive Statement<\/li>\n<li>Approval of Tentative Agenda for February meetings<\/li>\n<li>Adjournment<\/li>\n<li>Public Comment Period<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Open session meetings of the TEC of the Board of Governors are available on live audio webcasts at\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/about.usps.com\/news\/electronic-press-kits\/bog\/welcome.htm\">http:\/\/about.usps.com\/news\/electronic-press-kits\/bog\/welcome.htm<\/a>.<\/em>\u00a0Three hours after the conclusion of the open session meeting, a recorded audio file will be available for listening.\u00a0In compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the audio webcast will be open-captioned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Briefing<\/strong><br \/>\nFollowing the TEC\u2019s open meeting on Nov. 14, Postmaster General &amp; CEO Megan J. Brennan and Chief Financial Officer Joe Corbett will host a telephone\/web conference call to discuss the financial results in more detail.
