Brennan took time to thank employees who worked in retail operations and the USPS exhibit booth.<\/p>\n<p>Brennan visited a special Post Office set up inside the conference hall for attendees who need postal supplies or to ship packages back home.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, she visited the USPS booth inside the exhibit hall, where attendees learned about\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/link.usps.com\/2018\/05\/07\/informed-innovations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Informed Delivery and other new postal offerings<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Postal Service employees who participate in the National Postal Forum play an important role,\u201d Brennan said. \u201cThey help educate NPF attendees on our products and services and ensure every customer has an excellent experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Employees said they appreciated the opportunity to talk with Brennan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been with the Postal Service for 24 years, and this was the first opportunity I\u2019ve had to meet the PMG,\u201d said Julianna Lange, a New Braunfels, TX, retail associate who is working at the NPF Post Office.<\/p>\n<p>NPF, the mailing and shipping industry\u2019s largest annual conference, will conclude May 9 in San Antonio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Postmaster General Megan J.
