Two hours later, the postal truck was found at an apartment complex near Eastern and Desert Inn.<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth Maldonado lives in the neighborhood where the postal carrier truck was left.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What I heard that the guy asked him for a ride and he said no. He pulled him out,&#8221; Maldonado said.<\/p>\n<p>Maldonado saw the abandoned postal truck before police arrived. Sometime later, the apartment surveillance camera also caught the suspect returning to the complex.<\/p>\n<p>He pulls up in a stolen Honda he took from the apartment parking lot after he dumped the mail truck. The suspect then jumps out of the car and back inside the postal truck.
