Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. And the Postal Service\u2122 can help you prove it when Santa replies to your child\u2019s letter to Santa \u2014 complete with the North Pole Postmark! The Letters from Santa program adds to the excitement of Christmas and is ideal for interesting youngsters in letter writing, stamps and penmanship.<\/p>\n

Here’s how:<\/h4>\n

  1. Have the child write a letter to Santa and place it in an envelope addressed to: Santa Claus, North Pole.<\/li>\n
  2. Write a personalized response to the child’s letter and sign it “From Santa.”\u00a0See sample responses from Santa.<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Insert both letters into an envelope, and address it to the child.<\/li>\n
  4. Add the return address: SANTA, NORTH POLE, to the envelope.<\/li>\n
  5. Ensure a\u00a0First-Class Mail stamp<\/a>\u00a0is affixed to the envelope.<\/li>\n
  6. Place the complete envelope into a larger envelope, with\u00a0appropriate postage<\/a>, and address it to:NORTH POLE POSTMARK POSTMASTER
