They&#8217;re hoping that new procedures will improve service.<\/p>\n<p>Some told\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BPetersenWSB\">Channel 2\u2019s Berndt Petersen<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0everything they drop in the mailbox is making it to the other end and delivery to their homes is fast and efficient.<\/p>\n<p>However, others have said\u00a0they have suffered through poor service for years, and the post office still isn&#8217;t getting it right.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI got a call from the local post office. \u00a0I said, &#8216;Am I gonna get mail today?&#8217;\u00a0She said, &#8216;Well, I hope so,'&#8221; resident Lisa Blanchar explained.<\/p>\n<p>Federal officials told<strong>\u00a0Channel 2 Action News\u00a0<\/strong>they have taken action. They said customer service at the branch has been stepped up.
