Employees may participate in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Challenges: Submit ideas relevant to specific posted business challenges (sustainability, employee engagement, marketing, etc.). Employees are encouraged to share their ideas, as well as vote and comment on other employees\u2019 ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Open Ideas Forum: If you have an idea not related to an active business challenge, submit your individual idea to the most appropriate USPS organization found in the Open Ideas Forum.<\/li>\n<li>Comment and Vote: We encourage you to participate by voting and commenting on the ideas that are shared in the <a href=\"https:\/\/liteblue.usps.gov\/ideasmart\/welcome.htm\">IdeaSMART<\/a> application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Submitted ideas must be clear, relevant and propose a solution.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Source: USPS<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IdeaSMART: New employee idea program coming soon.
