His defense attorney disputes the drug charges, saying, &#8220;Mr. Belliosi was involved in an accident that had nothing to do with drugs or any other carelessness.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Martinez, 40, of Bayport, is still hospitalized in the ICU at Stony Brook University Hospital.
