After the certification is completed, employees should submit the form to their FMLA coordinator.<\/p>\n<p>The DOL forms are the only certifications USPS accepts for FMLA processing. Any other certification forms submitted will be returned and the absence will not be protected under FMLA until the completed DOL form is received, reviewed and approved.
