These include American Express, AT&amp;T, Boeing, Coca-Cola, Federal Express, Gannett, General Electric, General Motors, IBM, Marriott International, McDonald\u2019s, Proctor &amp; Gamble, Wal-Mart, United Parcel Service, Cornell University, Harvard University, Yale University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n<p>As top USPS executive for Human Resources, Vegliante oversees Labor Relations, Employee Development and Diversity, and Employee Resource Management. In addition, he manages the largest Human Resources Shared Services and Human Capital Enterprise System in operation.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1992, NAHR conducts programs to improve the performance of the profession and supports HR research.
