Representatives from the Postal Service will discuss the quarterly service performance reports and be available to answer questions relating to the data.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-13652\" src=\"https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/prc-logo2.jpg\" alt=\"prc-logo2\" width=\"225\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The technical conference is open to all persons interested in the Postal Service\u2019s Service Performance Measurement Plan and will be<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><u>web and video cast<\/u><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>in its entirety on the Commission\u2019s website, www.prc.gov.<\/p>\n<p>All files related to this technical conference are located under Docket No. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.prc.gov\/docs\/96\/96846\/Order3459.pdf\">PI2015-1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Postal Regulatory Commission is an independent federal agency<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em>that provides regulatory oversight over the U.S. Postal Service to ensure the transparency and accountability of the Postal Service and foster a vital and efficient universal mail system.\u00a0 The Commission is<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em>comprised of five Presidentially-appointed and Senate-confirmed Commissioners, each serving terms of six years.\u00a0 The Chairman is designated by the President.\u00a0 In addition to Acting Chairman Robert G.
