Thieves are breaking into mailboxes and swiping people\u2019s mail.<\/p>\n<p>It turns out the crime itself may be getting easier and easier.\u00a0Some people, like Rio Rancho resident Steve Dorney, are starting to wonder how safe his community mailbox is.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, typically you usually have junk mail, you always have something in the mail. I\u2019ve had nothing for the past three days,\u201d said Dorney.<\/p>\n<p>An arrest made this week might explain that.
