On the paper was a signature. However, that signature did not belong to Joseph Barker.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was shocked,\u201d Barker&#8217;s wife, Cynthia, said. \u201cI said, \u2018Who signed for it?\u2019 and she looked at it and said, \u2018Barker.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Barkers were on vacation and returned home to check their mailbox.
