Doctors told her family, they expect her to fully recover.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, operations at the Hilltop Tire Company on Scott Street came to a screeching halt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOut of nowhere I hear an &#8216;eeehhhhh&#8217; and I look up and she was flying across the road and it was real scary.
