The New York Police Department is investigating alleged disorderly conduct after the controversial arrest of a postal worker while he delivered packages on his route, reports CBS News correspondent DeMarco Morgan.<\/p>\n

Cellphone video\u00a0<\/span>captured the plainclothes NYPD officers approaching 27-year-old Glen Grays. The postal worker was in the middle of his shift on St. Patrick’s Day.<\/p>\n

“My ID right there on the side of the truck<\/strong>,” Grays is heard saying in the video. “Let’s go get your ID<\/strong>,” an officer says.<\/p>\n

“I’m not going nowhere<\/strong>. I’m delivering my postal route<\/strong>,” Grays responds.<\/p>\n

Seconds later, the situation escalates and an officer demands for him to “stop resisting.”<\/p>\n

“I’m not resisting!” Grays says.<\/p>\n

Grays is led away in handcuffs, with his mail truck left unattended.<\/p>\n

“The only thing I think saved me is that it was on videotape,” Grays said. He said he tried to comply with the officers’ order. Read more<\/a><\/p>\n
