Rendon, Acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>Barbara Wright,\u00a049, of Martin, Ohio, was charged with one count of\u00a0theft of mail matter by an officer or employee. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-11175\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Dept-of-Justice-Large.jpg\" alt=\"Dept of Justice Large\" width=\"306\" height=\"221\" srcset=\"https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Dept-of-Justice-Large.jpg 459w, https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Dept-of-Justice-Large-300x216.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 306px) 100vw, 306px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If convicted, the defendant\u2019s sentence will be determined by the Court after reviewing factors unique to this case, including the defendant\u2019s prior criminal record, if any, the defendant\u2019s role in the offense and the characteristics of the violation. In all cases the sentence will not exceed the statutory maximum and in most cases it will be less than the maximum.<\/p>\n<p>The investigating agency in this case is the U.S. Postal Service Office of the Inspector General.\u00a0 The case is being handled by Assistant United States Attorney Tracey B. Tangeman.<\/p>\n<p>An information is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt.
