And every day the goal is simple &#8211; deliver the mail with\u00a0quality service.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sometimes we make mistakes, but again, you know we just have to watch what we&#8217;re doing to eliminate those mistakes,&#8221; Rankins said.<\/p>\n<p>The US Postal Service Corporate Communications Department in Dallas, Texas, finally responded to<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>KPLC\u2019s<\/em><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>request for answers by sending an email &#8211;\u00a0dated December 9, 2015, from Communications Specialist McKinney Boyd.
