The first incident happened Tuesday evening in the parking lot of a grocery store in Fairlea.\u00a0The impersonator targeted a Ronceverte resident and said she was his carrier, by name. She is described as 5&#8217;1&#8243; tall\u00a0with blonde hair and\u00a0gray roots.
