To save the institution, the American Postal Workers\u00a0Union supports adding banking duties to\u00a0services.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We fell in love on the parcel sorter machine,&#8221; said postal worker Mary Lou Pavoggi.<\/p>\n<p>Pavoggi not only devoted 34 years to the Postal Service, she also met her husband there.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is a lot of anxiety, especially in the areas where their facilities have been earmarked to close,&#8221; Pavoggi said.<\/p>\n<p>So, Pavoggi, president of the local American Postal Workers Union, supports adding banking to their services.
