Crepeau Jr. released this statement this evening:<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, September 15, 2015, officers from Grafton Police Department, working with Special Agents from the United States Postal Service \u2013 Office of the Inspector General, participated in a joint investigation into the reported theft of United States mail by a postal employee from the Grafton Post Office located at 23 Upton Street.<\/p>\n<p>As the result of a three month investigation related to the theft of hundreds of individual pieces of mail, John T. Derry, age 21, a resident of 220 Providence Road, Grafton, will be arraigned in the Westborough District Court on October 8, 2015 on the following charges:<\/p>\n<p>1. Larceny from a Building;<\/p>\n<p>2. Larceny of Property \u2013 Value Greater than $250.00;<\/p>\n<p>3. Receiving Stolen Property \u2013 Value Greater than $250.00.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. Postal Service has identified potential victims who have processed mail through the Upton Street facility and may have been affected by these thefts.
