Employer name:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>U.S. Postal Service, 204 Fairforest Way, Greenville, South Carolina 29607<\/p>\n Citations issued:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued one willful and two serious safety citationsto the Postal Service on Sept. 14.<\/p>\n Investigation findings:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>The\u00a0<\/span>willful<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>citation was issued for exposing employees to\u00a0<\/span>struck-by<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>hazards by blocking and restricting traffic flow in aisles that are shared by powered industrial trucks and pedestrians.
