Hubbard, who worked at the Germantown and Farmersville post offices, has been charged with embezzling about $14,600 from January 2008 through 2011. Farmersville\u2019s post office closed in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe had mishandled retail transactions at the window,\u201d according to Special Agent Scott Balfour of the postal service\u2019s Office of the Inspector General.<\/p>\n<p>Hubbard was charged via bill of information for misappropriation of postal funds from 2008 until 2011, according to court records filed in Dayton\u2019s U.S. District Court.
