The woman said she had fallen while coming down the steps and had been immobile for more than three hours.<\/p>\n<p>Howell called for help and retrieved a blanket and pillow to keep the woman comfortable. She stayed with her until help arrived.<\/p>\n<p>Later that afternoon, Howell checked with the woman\u2019s family and learned she broke her right arm and needed leg surgery.
