APWU News – May 14, 2015 – With just a week left until the Collective Bargaining Agreement expires, APWU members are fired up and ready to go for the National Day of Action on May 14.<\/p>\n
More than 120 events are scheduled across 42 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, organized around the theme, \u201cI Stand with Postal Workers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Good Jobs! Good Contract!\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>said APWU President Mark Dimondstein.<\/p>\n “The next day, we will begin the final push of intense negotiations \u2013 around the clock, if necessary \u2013 so it\u2019s important that we have a strong showing,” he added. “We can only win a good contract if APWU members and our families, friends and allies are actively engaged. So let\u2019s build momentum!”<\/p>\n
