The postal employee was identified as Douglas M. Hughes a rural carrier in Riverview, FL.<\/p>\n<p>Washington Post &#8211; U.S. Capitol Police said that a small gyrocopter with one occupant landed on the West Lawn of the Capitol on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/posttv\/c\/embed\/391df2a2-3419-4070-b64c-f1b0c4c13255\" width=\"480\" height=\"290\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Eyewitnesses in Capitol offices reported seeing police run toward the aircraft and take the pilot away.
