Capella is one of the first online universities to offer this program, which allows users to set their own pace.<\/p>\n<p>USPS employees can receive 10 percent off tuition rates along with other benefits.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.capella.edu\/USPS\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Capella\u2019s site<\/em><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>has more information.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.devry.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>DeVry<\/em><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>now offers discounted tuition to USPS employees\u2019 family members.
